Proppin allows users to create and manage property records.

Information you choose to enter may include:

• Property name or title
• Property type

• Building/project name
• Plot, unit or property identifiers
• Property area and dimensions
• Approval-related information
• Property status
• Property description
• Notes and other information you choose to associate with a property

Property information may contain information relating to third parties or properties that you do not personally own. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the appropriate rights and permissions to enter, store or share such information through Proppin.

1.3 Photos, Videos and Documents

You may upload or capture through Proppin:

• Photographs
• Videos
• Property documents
• Files and other media
• Other content that you choose to associate with a property

These files are processed and stored to provide the property-record and sharing functionality of Proppin.

You should not upload information that you do not have the right or authorization to store or share.

1.4 Location Information

Proppin may access device location when you use features that require a property’s geographical location.

For example, you may use your device’s native location capability to capture the latitude and longitude of a property.

Location information may be used to:

• Record the location of a property
• Display property locations on maps
• Improve property organization and identification
• Provide location-related features requested by you

Proppin does not require continuous background location access merely for using the core property-record functionality.

Where the operating system provides a permission control for location access, you can manage that permission through your device settings.

Proppin provides functionality that allows you to share property information with other users.

When you use sharing features, information associated with the property may be made available to the recipient according to the sharing option you select.

You should review the information contained in a property before sharing it.

• Collaboration activity

This information is used to provide group-based access and collaboration features.

3. Property Information Is User-Provided Content

Proppin is designed to allow users to create and maintain property records.

We generally do not determine whether information entered into a property record is legally accurate, complete, authentic or owned by the person entering it.

You are responsible for the information and content you upload or enter into Proppin.

Proppin should not be treated as a substitute for:

• Legal due diligence
• Title verification
• Government records
• Professional legal advice
• Survey or engineering verification
• Official property documentation

Users should independently verify important property information before relying on it for a transaction or other significant decision.

4. Sharing of Information

We may share information in the following circumstances:

When you use Proppin’s sharing or collaboration functionality, information may be provided to other users according to the sharing action you initiate.

4.2 Service Providers

We may use third-party service providers to operate Proppin, including providers that assist with:

• Cloud hosting

• Application infrastructure
• File and media storage

5. Your Control Over Shared Information

You should carefully review a property record before sharing it.

Once information has been shared with another Proppin user, that recipient may retain or use the information within their own Proppin workspace according to the functionality available to them.

If you share a property using a feature that creates an independent copy for another user, subsequent changes made to that copy may not affect your original property record.

Deleting or changing information in your account does not necessarily remove information that another user has independently received or retained, where the applicable functionality permits such retention.

6. Data Storage and Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss or destruction.

Depending on the service architecture, information may be stored on servers operated by WENS or by third-party infrastructure providers engaged by us.

No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. Therefore, while we take reasonable measures to protect information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and should notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

7. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• Provide Proppin and its features
• Maintain your account
• Provide customer support
• Maintain security and operational records
• Comply with legal, regulatory or contractual obligations
• Resolve disputes
• Enforce our agreements

When information is no longer required, we may delete, anonymize or otherwise dispose of it in accordance with our retention practices and applicable law.
